Dr. Lisa Wentz is thankful to live in the South Plains and to be part of this wonderful community. She considers it an honor and privilege to serve the patients of this area, and she works to meet the needs and expectations of each one. Delivering exceptional service in a caring and comfortable atmosphere is her goal. She makes each patient feel welcome as they receive the most up-to-date periodontal therapy.
Dr. Wentz attended Nicholls State University in Louisiana where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She continued her education at Louisiana State University earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and completing her specialty training in periodontics.

She has served in many offices for the South Plains District Dental Society, including past president. Dr. Wentz has lectured to dental colleagues, as well as the medical community, on periodontal plastic surgery and the links between periodontal disease and systemic diseases.
Dr. Wentz’s husband, Dr. Ed Wentz, and her sister-in-law, Dr. Holly Reeves, are both orthodontists. She and her husband are blessed with four fantastic children and proud to be grandparents as well! She enjoys spending time with her family, running, cooking, and being outdoors.

Dr. Everett, Dr. Torres and Dr. Morgan are highly knowledgeable and experienced. They continually go above and beyond to educate on the highest quality techniques and therapies. My most recent cleaning appointment with Laura was a great experience. She is so sweet, informative and in tune with my needs. I highly recommend going for a visit!
I would highly recommend High Plains Periodontics! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I had no trouble getting in the first time, and all my return visits have been easily made. I have been seeing Dr.Morgan and I have been very pleased. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, easy to discuss your situation with, and gentle with procedures. I have also seen Dr. Everett, and have been pleased with him. Their office and treatment rooms are exceptionally clean. Masks are required. Of course, not during treatment! Lastly, I have not been made to feel like a terrible person due to my dental health. I am a 70 year old female and I trust their advice!
Dr. Everett was very thorough with my consultation. He helped me with my impacted wisdom teeth. I was nervous the day of surgery. The staff were very nice and they played music while doing the surgery. It helped calm my nerves. His assistants are very nice and they answer all your questions. I liked when Dr. Everett gave me a call hours after my surgery just to check to see how I was feeling. At my post-op visit he said to call him if I have any discomfort/pain in the future.
Dr. Torres and her staff are very professional and competent. Dr. Torres has done two surgeries for me and both of them resulted in very good outcomes. This was a surgery I had been putting off for years but I’m very glad I had it done. I have great confidence in the quality of their work. Dr. Torres is timely, friendly, courteous and professional.
This is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever seen ! Dr. Everett and his staff are amazing. I went to five dentists after starting work on the all on fours total implant procedure. Unfortunately I lost all confidence and respect for the local dentist who started my procedure. I went to four other dentists in three cities for two years before I found Dr. Everett, my lifesaver! I started to work at 868 and finished it at age 70 though I spent only a few months of this time With Dr. Everett. I have told his office people that anyone has any questions about all on four implants is welcome to call me via his office. I am adding a photo of myself on a regular day. Please attention only to the teeth lol! Dr. Everett is truly one of the most talented dental artists I have ever met! Good luck on your journey you will be pleased when you are finished!
This place is terrific! All the staff and Dr. Everett are so kind and professional. Nobody likes having dental work, but these guys made the experience very tolerable and comfortable, start to finish! This is absolutely my and my children’s go-to, from here on.
Fantastic staff and services. I have extreme dental phobia. Dr. Everett and his assistants were so friendly and reassuring. I had dental surgery for sinus lifts. Absolutely no post op pain and my 2 week check up was a breeze. I’m actually looking forward to my dental implants.
I went in for a consultation with bad pain in caused by my wisdom teeth. Not only did they get me in the day after I called they pulled the teeth the same day as the consultation. I feel much better. They were kind & attentive & I really liked how smoothly everything went.
