When Oral Surgery Is NecessaryNot all complex cases require oral surgery, but for those that do, Dr. Everett and Dr. Morgan offer a number of surgical procedures that can be performed in our office. Our services can save you from the need to visit a separate oral health specialist for treatment. For optimal results, planning for oral surgery typically involves the use of CBCT (cone beam computed tomography), digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and other digital imaging technology.
We offer regular, complex and wisdom teeth extractions. Complex tooth extractions, such as those involving impacted wisdom teeth, may require oral surgery to remove the tooth without damaging surrounding teeth, tissues, and alveolar bone structure.

Ridge or Socket Preservation
Your dental ridges can lose bone mass and tissue as a result of trauma, periodontal disease, or the prolonged absence of one or more teeth. Preserving and restoring the ridges may call for a surgical procedure, such as bone grafting, or sinus ridge augmentation.
